Optometrist / Co-Owner

Dr. Jason Savochka is a highly skilled optometrist with extensive training in ocular disease and primary eye care. He completed an accelerated seven-year program with Gannon University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, earning his Doctor of Optometry degree with clinical honors. To further refine his expertise, Dr. Savochka pursued a residency focused on the diagnosis and management of ocular disease.

Following his residency, he served as Clinical Director at Kremer Eye Center in Cherry Hill, NJ, for 11 years.  After establishing Pinnacle Eye Care with his wife, Dr. Mimi Nguyen, he continues to see patients at Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia on a part time basis.   Additionally, he and his wife also lease and operate Target Optical in King of Prussia, expanding access to high-quality vision care.

Dr. Savochka has a particular interest in corneal disease and dry eye management, ensuring his patients receive comprehensive and personalized treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with running and weight training.  He also loves traveling and spending quality time with his family.

Dr. Mimi Nguyen was born in Vietnam and came to the United States in 1975. She was raised in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Temple University with a degree in Biology.  From there, she went on to receive an additional bachelor's degree as well as her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  After graduation, she worked in private practice focusing on geriatric eye care, but she was also employed at an independent Pearle Vision practice.  Shortly thereafter, she took the opportunity to lease her own Pearle Vision practice for which she did for almost 10 years.  She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but has a special interest in caring for the geriatric population.

Optician

Timothy Parrish’s passion for eyes and fashion began in retail in 2017, where he honed his style and customer service skills. After shadowing an optician, he discovered a love for eye care and found a way to blend his retail expertise with helping others look and feel their best.

Since becoming an optician in 2021, he has earned certifications from the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners. In 2024, he expanded into esthetics as a licensed esthetician, launching his own skincare business.

Beyond work, Timothy serves as a worship leader at a church in Philadelphia.

Kaylee McGarvey is a driven and compassionate individual known for her quick learning, strong work ethic, and unwavering enthusiasm. She thrives on problem-solving and is a reliable go-to person when important tasks require trust and precision. Humble and genuine, Kaylee speaks from the heart and brings positivity to every team she joins.

Outside of her professional and personal commitments, Kaylee enjoys local karaoke nights, cherishing time with loved ones, and expanding her ever-growing movie collection.
